One of the most important and special quartiers of Paris is  Montmartre, where you can see young people and tourists  observing the city of light covered with a grey coloured sky because of the polution. However, in this quartier you can find some africans who dance, sing and this guy “The Black Spiderman” who plays with the ball as a part of his body  and as a real nowadays hero to earn money fighting against the crisis.
